Sandy Hill has a range of studios – from the brick built units in what was once the local ‘milk factory’, processing milk from local farms onto the railway – to others in the old chicken shed by the stream.  All units have electricity, and most have water.  There are two toilets and a communal kitchen on site.

We are currently opening up the remaining industrial buildings that had been overwhelmed by bamboo, as well as undertaking some gentle landscaping and planting to make the site easier to get around and enjoy.
